Harvard innovation labs newsletter

I co-manage our monthly newsletter called Press Thirteen, which is a nod to the 13 Harvard schools. My responsibilities include picking a monthly theme for the newsletter, copy editing, building the content in MailChimp, managing our feedback process and testing emails, and leading A/B testing for our subject line.

BOSTONCHEFS.COM Landing Page & WELCOME EMAIL

We promoted our newsletter across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to drive sign-ups and convert our social media followers into email subscribers. Additionally, I produced Instagram stories to promote our news articles three times per week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with a collection of the top 3-5 news stories on the site. The last slide in the Instagram story is always a call-to-action to sign up for our e-newsletter, which swipes up to the landing page seen below. Additionally, I implemented a welcome email to drive engagement, increase brand loyalty, and minimize unsubscribes.
